Navabrava Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Brave", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit brave.tech or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up to be notified about Brave products, we collect your name, email address and phone number. When you use the BraveShield pincode checker, we record the pincode you search. If you email us or chat with us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. When you browse our website, we and our analytics partners collect device and usage information, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this, through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- notify you about product launches, availability and offers you signed up for, including by WhatsApp
- check service and repair availability for your pincode
- respond to your enquiries and provide support
- understand how our website is used, measure our advertising, and improve our products and services
- keep our website and services secure
Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only for the purposes above:
- AiSensy: to send WhatsApp messages and run WhatsApp chat support
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook Pixel): for website analytics and advertising measurement
- Hosting and content management providers: to host our website and store the information you submit
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Buying on Amazon and Flipkart
Brave products are sold through Amazon and Flipkart. When you buy from them, your order, payment and delivery details are collected by Amazon or Flipkart and handled under their privacy policies, not this one.
Storage and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, although no system is completely secure.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to us using it, by contacting us at the email below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- You can stop WhatsApp messages from us at any time by contacting us.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as expected without them.
Third-party services
Our website links to and embeds content from third parties, such as YouTube, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart and Dun & Bradstreet. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.
